Sales Manager

Oxfordcaps – Asia’s preferred student housing partner. Started by Annu Talreja and Priyanka Gera, Oxfordcaps has raised Series A and is in final stages of closing Series B. The company offers hassle-free way of providing accommodation services to migrant students across Singapore and India. This includes beautiful student hostels with fully furnished rooms, well equipped gyms, dining and common areas. The company has tied up with many prominent brands in education sector as well. Looking for candidates with can-do attitude for sales profile in fast-paced startup. The person is required to have unique ability to work across key activity areas to maintain existing revenue, drive growth and innovate new processes across business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by closing upon qualified leads generated via offline or online channels o Pitching our proposition to potential tenants and closing leads
  • Partner with major universities/ colleges across Singapore for student accommodation services
  • Create and execute digital marketing strategy to maintain strong pipeline of potential customers for our properties across Singapore
    • Manage groups on relevant social media platforms
    • Update our website content from time to time as new units are added
    • Listing properties on other relevant websites to generate more leads
  • Maintaining communication with existing and new tenants
  • Documentation of sales bookings and maintaining rental contracts with tenants
  • Creating timely reports as required
  • Helping out operations during admission of students at our properties

Qualification

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Plus for knowledge of software like Xero, Zoho, Monday.com, Calendly etc
  • Basic accounting
