Frequently Asked Questions

    • Length of Stay: The length of stay depends on which university you go to while for working professionals is minimum 3 months in the condo and 6 months in HDB.**
    • Documents required for booking: You can upload your passport if the IPA has not been issued to you yet or else either the student pass or employment pass is fine.
    • Contract Dates: The contract dates are as per your Check-in & Check-Out date. If any changes post-signing, prior notification is required to be given to our team.
    • Room-mates & Flat-mates: If there are current tenants in the unit you consider, we try and connect you to them.
    • Specific Requirements: If there are specific requirements that you have in terms of booking a place, you need to inform the sales representative.
    • Number of Flatmates: Depending on the accommodation selection, in a unit (3 bedroom unit) there can be 6 or 3 at any given point of time.
    • Once you have confirmed the property, you will be shared a link to place a booking request and once that has been accepted you will receive an email.
    • It is an online lease agreement that you can read and sign. In case want to read it before placing a booking request you can do so, by reaching out to the sales representative.
    • Admin Fee: One-time payment for 150 SGD which is non-refundable.
    • First Month’s Rent & Security Deposit: At the time of signing the occupancy agreement, the security deposit & first month’s rent is payable. There might be cases where there might be some situations where you might want to give cash, so that needs to be discussed at the time of signing the contract.
    • Rent Cycle: The rent cycle will either be the 1st-30th of every month and pro-rated according to the last stay date.
    • Services Included in Rent: WiFi, Housekeeping, Repairs & Maintenance, Air-Con Maintenance, Basic kitchen and dinnerware & Usage of Facilities
    • Mode of Payment: Payment is made online and the option of the local bank transfer and card options are available. All charges are to be absorbed by you while making the payment
    • Refund of Deposit: As long as there is no damage from your end to the inventory handed to you and after all the bills are cleared the Security deposit is transferred back to your account. The utility bill for your last month’s stay will arrive post your check-out, so you can expect the amount after 14 days of issuance of the last bill.
    • Form: Before the arrival date and departure date you will be required to fill the form so that our team can ready your stay.
    • Key Collection: Our representative will be at the unit, to hand the keys to you and give you a quick tour of the house. During the check-out, our community manager will take the keys and do a thorough inspection of the room and inventory handed to you.
    • Timings: The regular check-in and check-out timings are 10 am-7 pm, and for odd hours 7.00 pm-9.45 am there are additional charges applied.
    • Change in check-in time & date: Any changes have to be informed at the earliest to the community manager to avoid charges.
    • You can have friends, family, guests to visit you, just ensure that the flatmates are informed of the same.
    • If they are staying more than 3-5 nights, it is advised to inform the community manager.
